Academic Presentations: Latest therapies, gluten free labelling issues on products, celiac disease and relation to other autoimmune diseases

Dr. Peter Green, Columbia University, co-author of Celiac Disease: a Hidden Epidemic Dr. Fraser Scott, Senior Scientist at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute and Professor of Medicine at the University of Ottawa.
