New Workshop Info!
So, guys, I want to thank you for all the terrific feedback I’ve gotten about the workshops so far. I”ve tried to incorporate as much as possible, and I think you’ll like the results. We will be holding monthy workshops, and they’re all listed out so you can choose the ones that suit your interests/needs/ diets best. Every workshop will start with a demo of the recipes, so that there is a teaching element. There will be a theme to each workshop. And best of all- you’ll have so many more goodies to take home! The recipes are such that you’ll be loaded with baked goods at the end of the night… sounds PERFECT to moi :D Ok, so without further ado, here’s the rundown. As I book guest speakers, I’ll make sure to indicate who wil lbe visiting for the evening. Here we go!

1 Dough, 4 Dishes Saturday Janury 29, 6:30 pm
Learn to make the most of one all purpose gluten free dough- cinnamon buns or poppyseed brioche, cobbler topping, cheddar chive dinner rolls or olive rosemary monkey bread, and pizza crust. (There will be eggs and xanthan gum at this workshop. Please request dairy-free option depending on your needs). Workshop fee: 30.00 payable in advance. Supply fee: 15.00, payable onsite.
Cupcakes! Saturday February 26, 6:30 pm
Yes, its totally possible, believe it or not! We’re going to make fabulous chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, dairy-free chocolate ganache filling and home made marshmallow icing. Vegan options available for all recipes, please indicate in advance. Workshop fee: 30.00 payable in advance. Supply fee: 10.00, payable onsite.
Mastering Breads Saturday March 26, 6:30 pm
Holy Grail of Gluten Free baking, be still my heart. We will be making fluffy sandwich bread (dairy free option, but will have eggs), One bowl yeast free almond bread (vegan), Easy tortillas (vegan), and chocolate zuchini loaf (vegan option available). Workshop fee: 30.00 payable in advance. Supply fee: 15.00, payable onsite.
Cake Time! Saturday April 30, 6:30 pm
Cakes for all occasions- we’ll be making a Top 10 Allergen-free vegan spice cake, Chcolate cake (with vegan option), and Vanilla bean cake (with vegan option), plus- dairy free chocolate ganache icing, and soy free dairy free frosting. Workshop fee: 30.00 payable in advance. Supply fee: 10.00, payable onsite.
Pie, Pie, Pie… Saturday May 28, 6:30 pm
Is there nothing better than a great pie crust? Learn how to make traditional pie crust (and turn it into other goodies like savoury appetizers and pinwheel desserts). Plus, chocolate cookie crumble crust, and gingersnap crust. We’ll be making apple pies, chocolate pudding pies, and berry pies. Workshop fee: 30.00 payable in advance. Supply fee: 15.00, payable onsite.
PAYMENT: All workshops have a non-refundable flat fee of 30$, to be prepaid online. The supply fee can be paid in person at the workshop.

This is not a nut-free environment. No flours are purchased through bulk bins. All additional ingredients are confirmed gluten free from the original suppliers. All baking utensils are dedicated gluten free and free of cross-contamination.
