my nonna was definetly my favorite person ever… i now live in her house, so ghosts of my childhood always peek around the corners of my doors, windows, walls… :D As for the pie crust- you can do it without xanthan if you would like, I’m working on a new recipe to make it a little simpler (hopefully in a week or so it will be ready).
